BIM Implementation for AEC Companies

Turn BIM into process, standards and results.

An implementation designed around your company’s real operations: assessment, governance, training, standardization, pilot project and technical follow-up so BIM becomes a consistent practice rather than an intention.

Reference program: 6 months. Scope and schedule are adjusted to the assessment and the organization’s maturity.

Assessmentbaseline for maturity, processes and capabilities
Governanceroles, standards, BEP, information flow and quality
Trainingguided learning, recorded training and applied support
Scalepilot project, metrics and continuity plan
More than software training

Implementation addresses the cause, not just the symptom.

A license, template or standalone course does not solve adoption challenges on its own. BIM requires defined processes, leadership, a common language, controlled collaboration and progressive team capability development.

BIManagers connects organizational strategy, project delivery and technology to build a BIM foundation that teams can use and sustain.
No modeling standard

Models vary by professional, compromising quality, coordination and repeatability.

Low predictability

Dispersed information, manual reviews and decisions made with limited project visibility.

Training without application

Knowledge that does not turn into process, deliverables or measurable performance.

Dependence on a few specialists

Concentrated knowledge and difficulty replicating good practices across teams and projects.

BIManagers Method

An implementation journey in six execution cycles.

The roadmap combines BIM implementation pillars — assessment, planning, governance, technology, libraries, training, pilot project, CDE, expansion and support — into deliverables that match the organization’s pace.

01

Assessment

Mapping of processes, team, technology, deliverables and current maturity.

02

BIM Direction

Objectives, priority BIM uses, targets, implementation plan and accountable leaders.

03

Governance

Guidelines, BEP, naming convention, quality control and collaboration rules.

04

Technical foundation

Environment, templates and parametric library aligned with the company’s operations.

05

Training & pilot

Live classes, recorded learning paths and supported pilot-project application.

06

Consolidation

CDE, audits, metrics, adjustments and a plan for sustainable expansion.

The six-month implementation is a reference for a standard scope. Timeline and sequence can be expanded or redesigned according to the number of disciplines, maturity, existing systems, complexity and business goals.

Practical deliverables

What your organization takes away at the end of the implementation.

Every implementation is tailored. The final selection of documents, libraries, templates and workflows is defined during the assessment, while the standard program covers the following delivery areas.

01 / STRATEGY

Assessment and BIM Plan

Maturity baseline, objectives, priorities, roadmap, responsibilities and adoption targets.

02 / GOVERNANCE

Tailored documentation

BEP, BIM guidelines, conventions, modeling protocols and quality checklist.

03 / STANDARDS

Custom templates

Project structure, parameters, sheets, views, filters, graphic standards and settings aligned with your operations.

04 / CONTENT

Parametric library

Families and components prioritized according to typology, disciplines and the recurrence of the company’s projects.

05 / COLLABORATION

CDE and information flow

Folder structure, permissions, versioning, reviews and publishing for a controlled information source.

06 / OUTCOME

Supported pilot project

Guided application, technical consulting, audits, team follow-up and metrics to consolidate change.

Continuous capability building

Learning at the pace of the project, not apart from it.

The learning program combines live sessions for guidance and real-world decisions with a permanent library of recorded classes on the BIManagers platform.

4h

per week, live

Classes, workshops and application consulting with the team, focused on active implementation challenges and deliverables.

+230h

of recorded content

Training paths available for review, leveling, onboarding and continuous development on the learner platform.

Investment structured for your organization

A complete implementation structure, benchmarked against a dedicated BIM Manager.

During implementation, the monthly investment is set within the benchmark range of a BIM Manager whose seniority matches your organization’s scale, complexity and transformation challenges.

The assessment translates that benchmark into a proposal aligned with scope, disciplines, people, existing systems, degree of customization and timeline. This positions BIM as a structured operational capability — not a one-off software purchase.
